Why does the highlighter not show up on a black background?

- Notein's highlighter does not cover black colors intentionally. Its purpose is to highlight text in PDF documents. Text in black will not be highlighted with the same color. If you need to highlight text in PDFs with black backgrounds, you can use the ballpoint pen brush and adjust the color to semi-transparent.
