- Select the "Import PDF" option to enter the PDF document list.
- Choose the PDF documents you want to import (you can select multiple), and they will open in Notein.

- Select the "Import PPT" option to enter the PPT document list.
- Choose the PPT document you want to import, and it will open in Notein.

- Select the "Import Doc" option to enter the Doc document list.
- Choose the Word document you want to import, and it will open in Notein.

- Choose the images you want to import (you can select up to 9 at a time), and they will become the paper templates for a new document.

Sending to Notein from Other Apps

- You can send documents to Notein from a file manager using the "Export/Share" feature, or from other apps such as WeChat, QQ, WPS, etc., using their "Export/Share" feature.
- For PDF documents with outlines (i.e., table of contents), you can edit the outline in Notein by expanding the right sidebar and selecting the outline of the PDF document.

Exporting Documents from Notein

- Notein supports exporting documents in various formats, including native PDF, flat PDF, image formats, and native formats. You can choose whether to include page backgrounds, outlines, notes, and handwriting/images/text boxes.
- The exported documents can be found in: File Management > Internal Storage > Documents > Notein > share.

Exporting Methods:

1. In the home page list view, next to each document thumbnail, there is a "More Actions" menu. Click on it, find the "Export and Share" option, and choose the format you want to export.
2. In the editing page's toolbar, click the "Export Document" button, and then choose to export a single page or the entire document. Select the desired format for export.
3. In the tile thumbnail view, select the pages you want to export (you can select multiple), then choose "Export and Share," and select the desired export format.
Note: Flat PDF and image formats do not allow you to choose whether to include outlines and notes.
